- Carry out the severance cuts on the new parts according to the severance cut on the vehicle.
- Remove unnecessary components from new part.
- Adjust the new parts and prepare for joining by welding in the areas (1).
- Adjust new part (1) and prepare for joining by welding.
- Adjust the new part using an alignment bracket or a universal fixture and secure it.
- Prepare new part in the areas (1) for joining by welding.
- Prepare new part in the areas (1) and (2) for joining by welding.
- Mark out and make separating cuts on the new B-pillar outer skin in accordance with the separating cuts on the vehicle.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
