• Mark and carry out separating cut (1) according to dimension a. Thereby disconnect only the outer panel.

  Dimension a = 20 mm from the hinge mount.

• Mark and carry out separating cut (1) according to dimension a. Thereby disconnect only the outer panel. Dimension a = 30 mm.

• Open welded connections in area (1).
  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• Open spot-welded adhesive joints in areas (2).

  When doing this, do not damage the other spot-welded adhesive joints below the area (3).

• Release and remove the A-pillar outer part from the cavity sealing (4).
