Apply sealant D1 to cavity sealing (1). Install cavity sealing (1) in the new part.

Apply sealant (D1) on the cavity sealing in the area of the A-pillar.
Install the new part with an alignment bracket or a universal fixture.
Weld new part in the areas (1).

Apply sealant D1 to the new cavity sealing (1). Install cavity sealing.

Apply adhesive K5 to bonding surface (1).
ADHESIVE SPECIFICATIONS

Body adhesive K5 50 ml 83192158654
Install and fasten new part together with the reinforcement plate.

Rivet the new part in area (1) with blind rivets N3.

CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATIONS

Blind rivet N3	83190301421
Ø 4 mm; clamping area 1-3 mm
