Removing Engine Mount In Front Of Bulkhead With Wheel Arch

• Carry out separating cut (1) in accordance with dimension a. Thereby disconnect only the outer panel.

  Dimension a = 55 mm

• Release the spot-welded adhesive joints in the areas (2) and remove the section (3).
• Release welded connections in areas (1).

• Release the bonded rivet connections in area (1).

• Release the bonded rivet connections in area (1).

• Carry out the rough separating cut (1) on the engine mount as shown.
• Remove the engine mount section along with the wheel well.

• Loosen welded connections in areas (1).

• Release the self-tapping screws and bonded connection in area (2).
• Remove reinforcement (3).

• Carry out the rough separating cut (1) as shown in the diagram and detach the engine mount section by section.
• Loosen the bonded rivet connection joints in the areas (2).

• Release the self-tapping screws and bonded rivet connections in area (1) and remove the engine mount (2).
