Lower headlining
Prerequisite
The front seats have been fully adjusted towards the bottom.
The front seat backrests have been fully adjusted towards the rear.
The rear seat backrest is folded toward the front.
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Fold the headlining .
Bending of the headlining can result in the need for the headlining to be replaced .
Fold the headlining .
Bending of the headlining can result in the need for the headlining to be replaced .
- Carry out tasks with a second person to assist.
- Support the headlining at the front and back.
- Loosen nuts (1).
- Unlock and disconnect the plug connection in the area of the D-pillar on the left and disconnect it.
- Release the headlining on the hook and loop tape (Dual Lock tape) (2).
- Feed out the headlining (1) downwards on the respective edge protection and place it on the seats.
