Installing the headlining (lowered)
Prerequisite
The front seats have been fully adjusted towards the bottom.
The front seat backrests have been fully adjusted towards the rear.
The rear seat backrest is folded toward the front.
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Fold the headlining .
Bending of the headlining can result in the need for the headlining to be replaced .
Fold the headlining .
Bending of the headlining can result in the need for the headlining to be replaced .
- Carry out tasks with a second person to assist.
- Support the headlining at the front and back.
- Raise the (1) headlining and feed it into the respective edge protection.
- Engage the headlining (1) on the Velcro fastener (Dual Lock tape) (2).
Make sure that the headlining (1) is fitted correctly at all adjacent parts.
- Connect the connector in the D-pillar area at left and lock.
- Put a drop of screw locking agent on the thread of each nut before screwing.

- Tighten nuts (2).
