If installed: Removing the third-row seating

Scratches, surface damage  .
  • Protect working area.
  • Handle tools and components carefully.

Remove battery cover

Removing the loading edge trim

Removing the left luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (with 3rd row of seats)

Removing the 3rd seat row

  • Handle tools and components carefully.
NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
NOTE: The plug connections are located on the right-hand underside of the third-row seating and can be reached via the cargo area floor covering.
NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE 
Heavy component  .
Heavy components can lead to injury or damage  .
  • Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.
