Replacing upper oil sump section

- Loosen screw (1) .
- Feed out and remove the hydraulic valve (2)
for the oil pressure control.
- Loosen screws (1) .
- Guide out the bearing bracket (2)
and remove it.
- If necessary, replace the sealing ring (2)
on the hydraulic valve (1)
for the oil pressure control.
Parts: Sealing ring
- Check strainer for contamination and clean if necessary.
- Coat the sealing ring (2)
with engine oil.
- Coat the sealing ring (1)
with front axle differential oil.
- Replace the upper oil sump section.
Parts: Upper oil sump section
- Guide in and install the bearing bracket (2) .
- Tighten down screws (1) .
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Insert and install the hydraulic valve (2) for the oil pressure control.
- Tighten down screw (1) .
