Install Hood

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE

Paint damage .

Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.

NOTE: The operations shown only for one side must be carried out on both sides.

Position the hood on the hood hinge. Note the existing impressions of the nuts (1) and (2).
Support the hood.
Renew nuts (1) and (2).
Parts: Nuts

Install the nuts (1) and (2) and tighten them.

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Engine compartment lid to engine compartment lid hinge
Nut M8 Replace nuts.
	Tightening torque 19 Nm

Slowly close the hood and check for bodywork contact, repositioning the hood if necessary.
