Installing The Bottom Right Tailgate Hinge

• Install the hinge (2) and tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Lower section of tailgate to hinge
  Hexagon screw M8
  	tightening torque  19 Nm

• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Deflection to lower section of tailgate
  Hexagon screw M8
  	tightening torque  19 Nm

• Place ball socket (2) on the ball hub on the tailgate hinge and engage using force.
• Check the clamp (3) is fitted correctly.
• Tighten nuts (1).

  Hinge of lower section of tailgate to body
  Combination hexagon nut M8
  	tightening torque  19 Nm

• Fold the insulation (1) to the side.
• Install seal plug (2).
