Installing the protective plate on the expansion valve

• Install the protective plate (2).
• Apply a drop of screw locking agent on the threads of each nut (1) before screwing.

ADHESIVE SPECIFICATIONS

Screw lock Loctite Stick 243, medium strength

10 ml, Bottle

• Tighten nuts (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Protective plate to holder
Nut M8	tightening torque	10 Nm
Flat-head screw M8x22	tightening torque	35 Nm

• Position the holder (2) of the left gasoline particulate filter.
• Tighten the screws (1).
