Removing left and right gutter strip of the windshield

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Removing the water collection strip on the windshield

Unclip the water collection strip (1) upwards from the clips (2) starting at the roof.
Dispose of the gutter strip (1) .
The gutter strip must never be reused.
