Removing the coolant line between the coolant pump and heat exchanger

Detach the heater return 

• Loosen screw (1)  .
• Remove the heater return (2)  from the coolant pump to the side.

• Release the wiring harness mounting (1)  .

Remove left throttle valve assembly 

• Loosen screws (1)  .

• Remove the throttle body (1)  .

• Unlock plug connection (1)  and disconnect.
• Remove the sealing ring (2)  .

• Unlock the coolant line on the retaining clip (1)  and disconnect it.
• Guide out the coolant line.
