Prepare the mobile table lift
Mobile table lift
- Stage the mobile table lift 2 184 136.
- Place the mounting element from the set of special tools 2 305 379
ready.
- Position mounting elements (20) on the work surface A of the mobile lifting table.
- Front, front subframe: 7/2 and 7/7
- Rear, front subframe: 1/1 and 1/8
- Position the mount for the swivel bearings (10) on the work surface A
of the mobile lifting table at the coordinates 4/1
and 5/8.
- Adjust the inclination of the lifting table (1) with the adjustment screw (2) until the bubble level of the lifting table (1) displays the correct position.
Mobile table lift
- Vehicle to be sufficiently loaded with sandbags (1)
in the front section.
- Stage the mobile table lift 2 184 136.
- Place the mounting element from the set of special tools 2 305 379
ready.
- Work surface A (mounting for the engine):
Position the mounting element with mount (40)
on the table top A
for the front subframe at coordinates 2/2
and 2/7.
Position the mount (10) on the table top A for the swivel bearing at coordinates 4/1 and 5/8.
Position the mounting element with mount (60) on the table top A for the front subframe at coordinates 7/2 and 7/7.
- Work surface B (mounting for the transmission):
Position the mounting element with mount (40)
on the table top B
for the transmission crossmember at coordinates 1/3
and 3/7.
Position the mounting element with mount (70) on the table top B for the transmission crossmember at coordinates 3/5.
Position the mounting element with mount (80) on the table top B under the transmission at coordinates 8/3 and 8/6.
- Adjust the inclination of the lifting table (1)
with the adjustment screw (2)
until the bubble level of the lifting table (1)
displays the correct position.
