Install the intake camshaft sensor of cylinder bank 2

Checking the sealing ring on the camshaft position sensor 

Check 

• Check the O-ring (1)  on the camshaft position sensor for damage.

Result 

» O-ring (1)  damaged

Measure 

• Replace O-ring (1)  .

Parts:  O-ring

Result 

» O-ring (1)  not damaged.

Measure 

• Continue the repair in the next step.

• Coat O-ring on the camshaft position sensor with motor oil.
• Position the intake camshaft sensor of cylinder bank 2 (1)  .
• Tighten down screw (2)  .

M6x16 screw	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Connect connectors (1)  and lock.
