Installing oil filler neck

• Replace the sealing ring (2) on the oil filler neck (1).

  Parts:  Sealing ring

• Coat the sealing ring (2) with the recommended engine oil.

  Technically suitable engine oils for BMW Group engines

• Position oil filler neck (1).
• Turn oil filler neck (1) about 15° counterclockwise.

• Tighten screw (2) on the oil filler neck (3).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Oil filler neck
  M6x18	tightening torque	10 Nm

• Tighten screw (1) on the oil filler neck (3).
