Removing the bottom automatic air flap control
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT ORNAMENTAL GRILLE .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE LEFT AND FRONT RIGHT WHEEL ARCH TRIM .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE FRONT SECTIONS OF BOTH WHEEL ARCH COVERS AT THE FRONT .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT BUMPER COVER .
Removing the ACC sensor with holder
NOTE:
The following step(s) must be performed if the specified component(s) is/are installed.
- Unlock and disconnect the plug (1).
- Release the cable latches at the marked points.
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove the ACC sensor (3) with the holder.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Feed out the bottom automatic air flap control (2) towards the front.
- Disconnect the plug connection and remove the bottom automatic air flap control (2).
