Installing starter motor
- Make sure that the acoustic cover (1) is not damaged.
- Carefully press the acoustic cover (1) to one side.
- Carefully feed in the starter motor (3) in the arrow direction and install it.
- Tighten down screws (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Position acoustic cover.
- Replace (5) clip.
Parts: clip
- Mount the clip (5).
- Mount the expanding rivet (4) at the rear at the acoustic cover.
- Connect the positive battery cable (3) to the starter motor and fasten with the nut.
- Secure positive battery cable (3) at the clamp.
- Connect the cable (1) (clamp 50) to the starter motor and fasten with the nut.
- Secure the cables (1) to the clamps (2).
- Tighten nut (1).

- Tighten nut (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
| Battery positive lead to starter | ||
| M8 | Tightening torque | 13.5 Nm |
- Mount expanding rivet (1) in the center of the acoustic cover.
- Mount expanding rivets (1) in front on the acoustic cover.
