Fastening the positive battery cables
CAUTION:
Improper routing of the positive battery cable.

- Route the positive battery cable without abrasions and do not trap.
WARNING:
Incorrect screw connection of positive battery cable.

- Ensure that the positive battery cable is screwed with the correct nut.
- Feed in the positive battery cables (2) and position them on the starter motor generator.
- Replace the nuts (1).

- Tighten nuts (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Positive battery cable to the starter motor generator M8 Tightening torque 19 Nm - Insert and install the cover (1).
- Feed the positive battery cable (2) into the holder and install it.
- Tighten nut (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Battery positive lead to battery positive terminal M8 Tightening torque 19 Nm NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes.
Some parts may differ in certain details. - Insert and install the cover (2).
The locks (1) must engage audibly.
