Remove exhaust camshaft adjuster
Remove exhaust camshaft adjuster
Remove VANOS central valve

of the exhaust side in arrow direction.

Remove the exhaust camshaft adjuster

from the exhaust camshaft and feed out from the rear of the timing chain.
