Install catalytic converter
Prepare for the installation of the catalytic converter
- Feed in and install catalytic converter.
- Lock clamp (1).
Clamp (1) must engage audibly.
- Tighten V-clip (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
| Catalytic converter to exhaust turbocharger | ||
| V-band clamp Replace V-band clamp. |
Tightening torque | 19 Nm |
- Replace copper-coated nuts (1).
Parts: copper-coated nuts
- Tighten copper-plated nuts (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

| M8 copper-plated nut Replace nut. |
Tightening torque | 28 Nm |
| M8 zinc-plated nut | Tightening torque | 19 Nm |
If installed: Installing differential pressure sensor
Installing differential pressure sensor
- Feed in and install the differential pressure sensor (4).
- Tighten nut (3).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

| hexagon nut M6 | Tightening torque | 8 Nm |
- Replace pressure hose (2)
Parts: Pressure hose
- Push the pressure hose (2) onto the differential pressure sensor (4) in the arrow direction all the way to the stop.
- Connect and lock the connector (1).
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
