Installing rear wheel speed sensor

• Clean the bore for the wheel speed sensor and grease it with lubricating grease (see applicable BMW parts catalogue).

  Lubricating grease Staburags NBU 12K

  100 g, Tube

  83 23 9 407 810

• Install rear wheel speed sensor.
• Replace the screw (2).

  Parts:  Screw

• Position and tighten the screw (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Rear wheel speed sensor on wheel carrier
  Replace screw.	tightening torque	12 Nm

• Hook cable of the wheel speed sensor into the holder (1).

• Connect the connector and close cover (2).
