Install both trim pieces for the rear window frame

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Check

Check the clips (1) for damage and replace if necessary.
Check the detent (2) on the trim for the rear window frame for damage.

Result

The detent (2) is damaged.

Measure
- Replace the trim for the rear window frame.
Clip in the trim for the rear window frame (1) in the clips (3) and the detent (2).

Tighten down screw (2).
Tighten the ball pin (1).
