Removing the side trim
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Remove front ORNAMENTAL GRILLE .
- Partially remove both front wheel ARCH TRIMS .
- Partly remove the front sections of both front wheel arch COVERS .
- Remove front bumper COVER .
- Remove the reinforcement on the bumper COVER ..
- Loosen screws (1).
- Unlock the detents (1).
- Remove the ultrasonic sensor (2) and suspend it from the wiring harness.
- Release the trim (1) at the detents (arrows) and remove.
