- Refer to REMOVING AUXILIARY COOLANT PUMP FOR THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER .
- Have a rag ready and make sure that no motor oil drips onto the belt drive.
- Loosen screw (1).
- Detach the oil feed line (2).
- Unlock and detach the engine wiring harness (1) in the highlighted areas.
- Unlock and disconnect connector (1).
- Loosen expanding rivet (2).
- Unlock the connector (1) and detach it off the exhaust turbocharger.
- Unlock the connector (2) and detach it off the heating element.
- Unlock the connector (3) and detach it off the heat management module.
- Carefully pull the engine wiring harness (1) toward the front and feed the engine encapsulation (2) out toward the top.
