Detaching and lowering the front axle support

- Refer to INSTALLING THE COVER PANEL FOR THE FRONT AXLE LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to DETACHING STEERING SHAFT AT BOTTOM FROM STEERING GEAR .
- Refer to RELEASING THE EPS WIRING HARNESS FROM THE ELECTROMECHANICAL STEERING GEAR .
- Refer to DETACHING THE LINE CONNECTION OF THE RIDE HEIGHT SENSOR .
- Refer to IF INSTALLED: DISCONNECT THE VACUUM LINE OF THE ENGINE MOUNTS .

- Refer to DETACHING THE ANTI-ROLL BAR LINK FROM THE ANTI-ROLL BAR ON THE RIGHT AND LEFT .

- Refer to SUPPORT THE FRONT AXLE SUPPORT .
- Refer to RAISE THE FRONT AXLE SUPPORT AND FASTEN IT .
Disassemble the front axle support

Partially releasing left and right crash levers
NOTE:
The following step(s) must be performed if the listed component(s) is/are installed.
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
Releasing the adapter for the front axle support from the front axle support on the right and left
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Loosen screws (1) to (3).
Lower front subframe
NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Failure to comply with the specification
Component damage.- All specifications for installation and removal must be observed.
- When lowering the front subframe, ensure sufficient distance between the steering gear (1) and the output shaft (2).
- Lower the front subframe (1) with the universal jack by dimension (A).
Dimensions (A) = maximum 15 cm
