NOTE:

Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.
- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (1) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (2) for sensor system 2 and install it.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the engine wiring harness (4) of sensor system 2.
- Make sure that the locks (arrows) engage audibly.
- Secure clamps (3).
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
The connectors (2) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the engine wiring harness (3) of sensor system 2.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
The connector (2) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the engine wiring harness (2) of sensor system 2.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Secure clamps (3).
- Lock clamps (arrows).
The clamps (arrows) must snap-in audibly.
- Tighten down screw (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the engine wiring harness (2) of sensor system 2.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Mount the cable duct on the intake plenum.
- Tighten down screws (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Cable duct to intake plenum Tightening torque 4 Nm - Mount the tank ventilation line (2) on the intake plenum.
- Tighten down screw (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONTank vent line to intake plenum Oval-head screw Tightening torque 3 Nm - Insert and install the engine wiring harness (4).
- Connect the holder (3) and lock.
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
The connectors (2) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in the cover (1) into the guide and install it.
- Feed the tank ventilation lines (2) into the clamp (arrow) and install.
- Connect and lock the tank vent lines (2).
The tank ventilation lines (2) must snap-in audibly.
- Feed in and install the engine ventilation line (1).
- Connect the engine ventilation line (1) and lock.
The engine ventilation line (1) must snap-in audibly.
