- Refer to DISCONNECTING THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE OF THE SYSTEM BATTERY .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT THE REAR LEFT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE REAR RIGHT ENGINE COMPARTMENT .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE MOUNT OF THE HOOD SEAL ON LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING SUSPENSION STRUT BRACE .
- Refer to REMOVING INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER FOR THE STEERING ASSEMBLY ON THE RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE CENTER UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING TANK COVER ON LEFT AND RIGHT .

- Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.
NOTE:
The following step(s) must be performed the listed component(s) is/are installed
- Detach the pressure hose (1).
- Release the V-ribbon clip (1).
- Feed out the catalytic converter (cylinders 1 to 3) (2) and set it aside.NOTE: The following step(s) must be performed the listed component(s) is/are installed
- Detach the pressure hose (1).
- Release the V-ribbon clip (1).
- Feed out the catalytic converter (for cylinders 4 to 6) (1) and remove.
- Feed out the catalytic converter (for cylinders 1 to 3) (1) and remove.
