Remove the side panel on the right instrument panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Lift the side panel (1) out of the clamps (2) with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325)
and feed out toward the rear at an angle.
If necessary, unlock and disconnect the plug connection on the switch for the front passenger airbag deactivation.
