Measuring the minimum brake disc thickness (front brake)
- Place the special tool 0 495 451 (34 1 280) at three measuring points in area (1) and measure.
- Compare measurement results and compare lowest value with setpoint value.
New brake pads may be installed only if the brake disc thickness is greater than the minimum brake disc thickness .
The minimum brake disc thickness is embossed on the brake disk.
