Install the heat shield on the exhaust turbocharger, top
- Check the heat shield for damage that may occur to the flexible components (1)

If flexible components (1) are damaged, the entire heat shield must be replaced.
- Position the heat shield (2) .
- Tighten down screw (1)

Heat protection plate M6x16 Tightening torque 8 Nm M8 Tightening torque 19 Nm - Tighten the screws (1)

Union nut of pressure line M14 Tightening torque 20 Nm - Clip coolant line (2) into holder (3) .
- Tighten down screw (1)
