Securing the mounted part on the front axle support

NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.

• Replace bolts (1)  .

  Parts:  Bolts

• Tighten the bolts (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Holder, wishbone rubber mount, to body
  M10 screw Replace screw.	Joining torque	56 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	90°

• Position the engine support (3)  at the front axle support (1)  .
• Tighten down bolt (2)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Holder with rubber mount to front axle support
  M12 screw	Tightening torque	100 Nm

• Position lock (2)  .
• Lock safety catch (1)  of the lock (2)  from the holder for the charge air cooler.

• Tighten the bolts (1)  .

  Screw	tightening torque	11.8 Nm

• Tighten the bolts (1)  .

  Bottom deformation element to adapter plate for front axle support
  Screw	tightening torque	11.8 Nm

• Position the holder for the washer fluid reservoir (2)  .
• Tighten the bolts (3)  .
