- Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.

- Leave the electrical components in their original packaging until they are being installed. Only use the original packaging for returning the product. Always package removed components straight away.
- Read and comply with user information on using the associated special tool 12 7 060.
- Only tap the housings of electrical components. Do not tap pins or multi-pin connectors directly.
- Wear electrically conductive clothing and antistatic shoes (with ESD symbol).

- Feed in actuator (1) for exhaust side and position.
- Lock actuator (1) for exhaust side with special tool 2 360 895 in arrow direction .
- Make sure that actuator (1) for exhaust side engages audibly.
- Feed in actuator (1) for intake side and position.
- Lock actuator for (1) intake side with special tool 2 360 895 in arrow direction .
- Make sure that actuator (1) for intake side engages audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
- Make sure you can hear the connectors (1) and (2) engage.
- Guide in the wiring harness section (1) and install.
- Make sure that locking mechanisms in marked area engage audibly.
