Remove the center console trim

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING GEARSHIFT LEVER COVER .
• Refer to REMOVING THE DECORATIVE TRIM FROM THE CENTER CONSOLE .

• Loosen screw (1).
• Release center console trim (2) from clamps (3) with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325) .
• Lift center console trim (2).

• Loosen screws (1).
• Remove parking brake button (2) from center console trim (3) and place it down.

  The plug connection must not be disconnected.

• Disconnect the remaining plug connections and remove center console trim (3).
