Remove rear bumper panel

Preliminary work 

• Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE REAR WHEEL ARCH TRIM .
• Refer to REMOVING BOTH TRIM PIECES FOR THE WATER CHANNEL .
• Refer to REMOVING BOTH TAIL LIGHTS FROM THE SIDE PANEL .

• Loosen screws (1).

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
• Loosen screws (1) and (2).

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
• Carefully release the lateral detents (2) in the direction of the arrow.
• Carefully release the detents in the area (3) to the rear.
• Pull the bumper cover (1) straight back in the direction of the arrow with support staff.
• Unlock all plug connections and disconnect.

• Remove the bumper panel (1).
