Removing bottom right C-pillar trim panel

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Remove the bottom C-pillar trim panel

Fold up the carpet as shown.
Loosen screw (1) .
Remove end fitting (2) .

Release the edge protection (1) in area of the bottom C-pillar trim panel.

Clip in the C-pillar trim panel (3) on the bottom with the clamps (1) and the clips (2) .
Detach end fitting and remove the bottom C-pillar trim panel (3) .
