Remove the outer window frame cover of the rear door

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Preliminary work

Refer to REMOVING THE OUTER WINDOW CHANNEL STRIP AT THE REAR DOOR .

Pull off the rubber seal (1) and the rubber window seal (2) from the cover (3).
Loosen screws (4).
Remove the cover (3).
