Topping up motor oil

WARNING: Hot fluids .

Conduct all work in the vehicle wearing appropriate personal protective equipment only.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure the vehicle is operating temperature for engine oil service (engine oil temperature > 70°C).

Position sealing ring (1) on the oil drain plug (2) .

Position the oil drain plug (1) with sealing ring and let it engage it a few thread turns by hand.
Tighten oil drain plug (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Oil drain plug
screw M18x1.5	Tightening torque	40 Nm

Position the cover panel of the oil drain plug (1) , turn it clockwise and engage.

Turn the oil filler cap (1) counterclockwise and open it.
Pour in engine oil.
