Remove left and right crash lever

NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.

Removing the front section of the front wheel arch cover

NOTE: To provide a better overview: Schematic diagram with partially hidden components.

Remove screws (arrows).
Remove and extract front section (1) of the front wheel arch cover together with the brake ventilation duct (2).

Replacement:
Loosen screw (1).

Remove brake ventilation duct (2).

Loosen screw (1).

Guide out and remove the screw (1) with the spring circlip (2).
Guide out and remove the crash lever (3).
The tension strut (4) is released from the front subframe.
