Installing The Left Front Side Panel
- Install the side panel in the sequence shown with the help of a second person.
- Position side panel (1) on headlamp. When doing this, make sure that detent and guide (3) are in proper installation positions.
- Position and abut the side panel in the area of the A-pillar (2) .
- Screw in all screws on the side panel until it is just about still possible to shift the side panel.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Tighten down screws (1)

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Side panel to bracket M6 screw
Renew screw.tightening torque 8 Nm - Open the front door.
Pull the sealing (1) down slightly in the direction of the arrow.
- Tighten down screw (2)

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Side panel to bracket M6 screw
Renew screw.tightening torque 8 Nm - Close front door.
- Tighten down screws (1)

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Renew screw.tightening torque 8 Nm - Tighten down screw (2)

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Side panel to bracket M6 screw
Renew screw.tightening torque 8 Nm - Secure cable to side panel holder (1)

- Tighten down screw (1)

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Renew screw.tightening torque 8 Nm - Clip the bumper cover (2) upwards into the detents.
- Tighten the screws (1)
of the bumper cover (2)

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Front bumper panel to fender Thermoplastic screw
5x35Tightening torque 3 Nm - Install the sound insulation (1)
and (2)
.
- Remove the plastic adhesive tape (1)
.
- Remove the plastic adhesive tape (1) .
