- Install and secure the new parts of the B-pillar with an alignment bracket or a universal fixture.
- Weld the new parts in the areas (1)

Installation of a cavity sealing (not expanding) - Apply the sealant D1 to the cavity sealing (1)
. Fit cavity sealings.
CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Sealant D1 (seam sealing) 310 ml 83425A547B4 - Apply the sealant D1 to the cavity sealing (1) .
- Install the new B-pillar outer skin and reinforcement plates and weld in the areas (2) and (3) as per the new part preparation process.
