and weld in the area.
Avoid too much heat input on the adjacent adhesive area (2) .
- Weld the new part in the areas (1)

Installation of a cavity sealing (not expanding) - Apply sealant D1 to the inner cavity sealing (1)
. Install the inner cavity sealing in the new part (2)

CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Sealant D1 (seam sealing) 310 ml 83425A547B4 - Apply sealant D1 to the inner cavity sealing (1) .
- Install the new part and reinforcement plate (2) and weld them in area (3) .
- Apply the sealant to the outer cavity sealing (4) . Install the outer cavity sealing (4) .
