Mount the alternator
Precondition
Battery ground leads are disconnected.
- Position the alternator and secure it with all screws.
- Tighten the bolts (1) at the top on the alternator.
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Secure the positive battery cable (1)
on the holder.
- Tighten the bolts (1) on the bottom of the alternator (2) .

- Connect positive battery cable to alternator.
- Tighten nut.

- Mount the cover (1) to the nut.
- Connect the connector (1) to the alternator and lock audibly.
- Mount the engine oil lines (2) on the holder below the alternator.
- Tighten nut (1) .
