Check engine oil level
- Park vehicle on a horizontal surface.
- Run the engine at operating temperature for 3 minutes at increased engine speed (1100 RPM).
- Check the engine oil level in the instrument cluster or with the diagnostic system.
- Top up motor oil if necessary.

Vehicle in horizontal position.

Always check the engine oil level when the engine is operating temperature (engine oil temperature > 70°C).

- Stop the engine and wait for 5 minutes.
- Pull out the oil dipstick and wipe off using a lint-free cloth.

Do not pull out or insert the oil dipstick into the guide tube too quickly or slowly.

- Slide the oil dipstick into the guide tube up to the stop and pull it out again.

The engine oil level must be between the minimum mark and the maximum mark of the oil dipstick.
