Prepare New Part

The bonding surfaces of the new parts may not sharpened or ground.

Rip and detach this area (1) measuring 15 x 20 mm.

The bores (1) can be extended in diameter by a maximum of 10 mm.

Adjust and secure the tail cowling (1) in combination with the trunk lid and tail lights.

Areas (1) to (3): Position the bores with Ø 4.2 mm for the blind rivets.

Install the support (3). Join the screw (1).
Prepare support (3) in areas (2) for joining by welding.

Prepare new part and vehicle in areas (1) for joining by MAG welding.
Remove new parts and deburr bores.
