Prepare New Part

The bonding surfaces of the new parts may not sharpened or ground.

Rip and detach this area (1) measuring 15 x 20 mm.

The bores (1) can be extended in diameter by a maximum of 10 mm.

Adjust and secure the tail cowling (1) in combination with the trunk lid and tail lights.

Areas (1) to (3) : Position the bores with Ø 4.2 mm for the blind rivets.

Install the support (3) . Join the screw (1) .
Prepare support (3) in areas (2) for joining by welding.

Prepare new part and vehicle in areas (1) for joining by MAG welding.
Remove new parts and deburr bores.
