Removing the 12 V socket (storage compartment in center console)

• Turn the head of the special tool (1) to the left until the marks (arrows) are aligned.
• Carefully insert the special tool (1) in the 12 V socket (3).
• If necessary, carefully turn the special tool (1) to the left until the recesses (2) of the special tool (1) are fixed in the contacts (4) of the 12 V socket (3).
• Turn the head of the special tool (1) to the right until the special tool (1) is locked in the 12 V socket (3).

• Pull the special tool 0 496 588 (61 0 250) with the 12 V power socket (2) from the storage compartment in the center console.
• Feed out associated access line.
