Removing the soft-close motor from the trunk lid
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR COVERING .
- Refer to REMOVING THE LOADING EDGE TRIM .
- Refer to REMOVING LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM PANEL ON LEFT .
- Disconnect plug connection (1) .
- Detach the cable (2) .
- Loosen the soft-close motor (4) from the holders (3) .
- Remove the soft-close motor (4) together with the cable (2) .
