Removing and installing/replacing striker for tailgate lock (330i GT xDrive, 340i GT xDrive)

Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove rear lid TRIM .
When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque 51 24 8AZ .
Feed out striker (2) for tailgate catch in marked area.
IMPORTANT:
Striker and tailgate lock must not be greased.
