Remove the center console trim

- Protect working area.
- Handle tools and components carefully.
Preliminary work
- Remove the center console DECORATIVE TRIM
- Remove trim for SELECTOR LEVER
- Remove the center console OPERATING FACILITY
- Loosen screws (1).
- Release the center console trim (2) with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325) at the clamps (3).
- Lift the center console trim (2) slightly and disconnect associated plug connections.
- Thread out center console trim (2) to top rear
